Based in Moorgate, London, Duncan's first step into financial services was through a boutique recruitment agency, recruiting qualified accountants to the top banks. Having worked in the big smoke, commuting in and out, Duncan recently moved to the European office, headquartered in Spain (Just South of Barcelona). With a degree in Business and Economics from Newcastle University, Duncan has a keen eye for what makes a successful company. As co-founder of The Consortium Investment Network, Duncan has attracted top-tier companies to join the network, including Dragon's Den winners and well-known enterprises. Duncan genuinely enjoys making money for his network through the introductions he makes, a trait not common in the financial services world.

Tom Bell, originally from the North East, represented England twice as a gold-winning British cycling champion. Through hard work, determination, and a uniquely honest approach, Tom worked his way up at NPower, creating techniques that are now industry-standard to become an Executive Sales Coach. He then worked independently, coaching staff from various blue-chip organisations under the name ABC Sales Solutions. Since founding The Consortium Investment Network, Tom has built up an extensive and loyal client base. The Consortium Investment's network is growing daily, a testament to the companies they represent.
